I was the first point of contact for customers who required assistance with technical issues and failures of their water monitor device. I contributed by troubleshooting through root cause analysis the connectivity, measurement, hardware, and mechanical failures. Through analysis of monitor data, real time tests, and log interpretation I was able to resolve and identify common areas of failure. One of my biggest contributions was pinpointing the source of a mechanical seal failure and proposing design changes that became part of the Flume 2.0 water monitor.
